Life's good!

I wonder how life for me these past few days or maybe the past week can be so great!
Hahahahaha, it must be because of the completion of project which makes me feel so carefree!

It might also be because of the frustrations I was under for those past few weeks which made me felt so moody.
Every single little thing now can easily make me smile or feel happy!

I shall now talk on how I spent my simple yet wonderful day today! =D
I had cello lessons in the morning with tian and I brought her cupcakes! LOL
You should see how she smiled when receiving things. *Free stuffs, lol!*
Hahahaha, ok I'm being mean, lol.
And as usual, scoldings from her are the norm, hahahaha. But it wasn't a bad one X)

And then I had some briefing for global citizenship and it seems fun, boring, interesting. Lol
Plus the lecturers make it sound like some mission trip or something to me, haha.

And I was 45mins late for my POM tutorial and so...I made a grand entrance into class, even later then yogi.
And we had a stupid cupcake joke, hahahahaha.
Soon after that, POM tut ended and I didn't seem to learn anything from it, lololol.

Next was lunch and daidi in bizpark!
We played daidi for like an hour I think, lol.
My class is like a gambling den with no bets involved whenever we are at bizpark, lolololol.
And I think my skills is considered average lahhhhhh, haha, not like that weiyuan, kept being the asshole(loser!) in the game. Hahahaha

Then we had macroecons lecture and then I went home to get my cello for sectionals in the night.
SEE! I'm so hardworking! *ahem.coughs* lol

Guess what! I saw my letter containing my cello exam date! lol
Somehow, I feel relieved to know that my cello exam is in early sept because that means I don't have to worry about it if I really get into GC! =D
And!!! I haven't find my pianist, LOL!
And I guess I will start to be busy soon with exams, hahaha.

Off for sectionals and I seriously am sick of the songs I'm playing now although I don't play very well. LOL
Because mrchua gives me some advice which is different from tian.
So I don't know if I should listen because both has its point and if I change suddenly, I don't know if tian will go crazy. LOL

Went dinner with my seniors after practice and it has been so long since I last went for dinner with them!
All thanks to the stupid projects and also my dad's sudden 'rules' for me about having to reach home earlier.
I don't call it a curfew because there is no time given-.-
It seem so long ago since I had such a good laugh and so much laughter in one day.
HAHAHAHAHAHAHA.

Stupid hectic life.
Loads of rubbish filling up my rubbish life and I feel so sick and tired of everything.
This week seem to be a long week, I can't wait for next week to pass because I will be done with all my projects and presentation, like FINALLY.
But it will then be mugging for exams.
But who cares, let next week pass first.

I know that it is not worth thinking about those crap, but I don't think I deserve those kind of treatment.
Maybe it's just pride.
I feel like saying I hate my life, but I don't exactly hate it.

On the brighter side, POM is done, finally one project off the list and I didn't get scolding from tian today.

Hello! This whole week of mine has been a busy one. Hahaha
Now..it's time for some recollection! lol

Had lunch with mandy&sarah at pizzahut + loads of catching up, crappings and laughing.
I believe that I have said this many times before, but...it has been so so so so so so so long since we actually went out on a date as planned.
I felt really comfortable with them despite the 'long time no see' fact and I seriously didn't suspect anything.
Now I know how embarrassing it feels when the cake comes in.
We were practically a public nuisance on the train for the three of us were very very very noisy!
Lol, those people on board the train must be damn glad that we got down the train at bugis, lol.
We took neos to update our last neos which were taken when we were...sec1?
We were once again very noisy in the bus while on our way to roxy square.
For all the laughter and happiness they gave me was like what mandy said, you won't get it but you will receive it.

Next up was steamboat with the group of seniors a.k.a monsters. Haha
I was so glad that I was able to join them for steamboat because...................................shall tell you a secret which would not be a secret anymore.
Okay, it's because I miss them even though it has only been like 1month+20days since I knew them.
Somehow, they were the ones who helped me cope with my first few weeks in poly.
And I know that they are nice, but still, I didn't expect a gift from them + the cookie monster cake + the omg card.

I'm suddenly reminded of something, it seems that my jokes don't work out sometimes with my new friends.
The other time when I was only trying to break the silence, I merely joked that my birthday is on monday and that I expect a gift from them, but yet, I was told off by my friend with this 'wahlao, you so desperate for present is it, come and ask us for one.'
This really made me ponder if I should simply just shut my mouth up in the future because I wasn't the one who brought this topic up though I joked about it.
Sian, ok, enough of the spoiler.

Got a free ride down to downtowneast from my seniors and the ride was a fun one though it was also a squeezy one, lol, must be my fault, since we had 4people in the back seats.
I guess I will miss them even more, especially after clement and the twins enrol into army because I would have someone lesser to chat with when I am up at like 4plus in the morning, haha.

Went off to look for the dragons at the chalet.
Reached and waited at the chalet entrance and saw yingqi again, haha.
Met her earlier in the day at pizzahut.
Guess what, she knows sarah and shuhui too!
And she's shuhui's classmate in tpjc, lol.
What a small world.

Chatted with yingqi while waiting and I saw cy&dion lah, but they didn't want to admit it, lol, ok nvm, the whole process was just another embarrassing moment that day.
I was the clown for the whole time while walking down downtowneast chalet, lol.
Stole this and read it from zhihui's blog - One auntie walked past and laughed and said to her kid, "They sabo her"
How wonderful is that hur? lol
I was even told that I took a photo with a ...... -.-
Caiyan was a better joke when I was chasing after her, LOLOLOL
Want to know what she did??
She ran into the wrong chalet room and she went quite a distance before realising it, hahahaha.
Nearly forgot to mention this, I got my first taupok after living for 17years, lol.
Grace kneeled on my shoulder T.T Damn pain. lol

Chankai, Shawn, Qihao and I later played bridge the whole night at random places because it started raining and we were locked out of the room.
We were nice people, so we didn't disturb the rest from their sleeps, lol.
And that was when I got to know from Shawn that his cousin who is in TP has just started learning the cello!
What a coincidence right!
Once again, how small can the world get, omgomgomg, haha.

Can't remember how we spent the second day because it was really occupied with doing random stuffs and sleeping.
BBQ in the night and I think sparkling juice is really essential for caiyan&zhihui to get very very very high, lol.

Had a few hours of sleep and then it was CO camp.
Got to know my group members better especially during the nightwalk/night activities.
It was a pity that I couldn't stay through the whole camp and thats why I'm glad and sad that I went for the camp, lol
Sad because I couldn't complete it but glad because I did attend it at the very least.

A few more things!
At about 2plus in the morning after the night activities when we were going to bathe, the school toilet didn't had water-.-
And that was when I decided to head home to bathe and sleep, together with miaoru *winks*, lol.
We walked to and fro from the sports complex to the east gate to the mushroom just to find a way to get out of the school-.-
We wasted don't know how long walking all those distance when we later found out that the gate between the east gate and mushroom was closed, but wasn't locked-.-
But!!! We got to see yuren and pretty lihyee climb over the fence.
HAHAHAHAHA, the whole process was pretty amusing, to me at least XD
And I chatted with miaoru till 4plus before deciding that it's time to sleep, lol.

The trip to supreme court was a total waste of my time because it was merely a tour of it which I have seen before-.- TOTAL WASTE OF MY TIME. Damn it, I could have stayed on for the camp if not for it.
To think it was even compulsory-.-
I was so tired that I kept dozing off when they showed us a 10min video with the lights off, lol.

Thursday was also......... HAPPY BIRTHDAY JO! =D

Friday night was spent with MrThong&the suzhou clique and it was fun fun fun fun fun. LOL
We ate a lot of things-.-
From Thai Express to Xiao Bei to YaKun.
Thank god we walked home from tamp mall, if not I would be damn damn damn bloated.
Our next date is on 17july =D

By the way, I think Ghosts of Girlfriends Past is pretty touching, especially the part when they showed Paul walking out from the chapel alone aging as he walks to the grave of Connor. Felt sad while watching that.

Okay, the eve of my birthday was a sad one, my mum made me sad because of what she said=(
But nevermind, it's over, and we had an earlier birthday celebration because I didn't like the idea of not celebrating my birthday with my family.

inter-class bball, win or lose?

HELLO!!
I'm lacking of sleep now but I'm not going to sleep, because if I do I might not be able to wake up later to go to school at 3plus for the inter-class bball match.

Talking about that, I think I didn't update about what my wonderful classmate JK did-.-
To participate in the inter-class bball match they have to form a team consisting of at least 6ppl and they simply added me in without even asking me if I want to play-.-
And my day suddenly seem so busy because of the bball thing.
Cello lessons at 10am in the morning, bball thing at 4pm, cello practice in the night at 6.30pm.
And I only slept at 4plus in the morning last night because I was watching shows, haha.
Imagine how sleep-deprive I am for the day man, okay lah, not very bad, but still....
I even cabbed down to my teacher's place this morning because I couldn't get out of bed.
My $$$$$$ *kah-ching* flying away liao lah, hahaha

I asked him what if I didn't know how to play bball and he said, 'nvm, you tall enough to stand there and block the ball' -.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-
I want to use my cello during practice today and not the school one =(
But I won't be able to take care of it when I'm at the bball court.

Sentosa!

This has been the first time after so many years I have stepped into Sentosa.
And the joke about it is I wasn't even exploring sentosa, I was only at the beach-.- LOL

It was fun and pretty embarrassing(for me, lol, the stupid ball thing) but the main thing was everyone had fun. Haha
I didn't get burnt badly and I'm very happy about that! LOL
I guess the previous burn on my thighs have scared me, it was seriously very painful the other time, haha.
I have got quite a weird tan, but it doesn't matter anyway, since my clothes are all just tshirts and stuff, haha.
Everyone was like a lobster, apart from koknam, haha.

The seawater was damn salty(like duh-.-), but it was damn fun to compete swimming in the sea.
Lol, seriously!
I could even swim freestyle in the sea when I can't swim that in the pool. Lol
Want to know the reason? Go and look for the sea then XD
While waiting for my turn to get a bath, it was seriously like waiting to get a bath during FO camp. An hour plus to wait for my turn to bathe-.-, just that it is less humid then the toilets in TP, lol(duh? it's an open space-.-)
I have a pretty big bruise on my left thigh now from the mrt game, lol, it was really from dion's beating, I swear that I didn't knocked myself there. Haha

Dinner was good with all the chattings and stuffs. Haha
We can all just talk about random stuffs and sadly, sometimes I make the conversation sound serious=( , lol, but that's how I speak what! lol.

I drank loads of water yesturday and am still drinking. LOL
I'm going off now to visit my grandma, bye, haha.

I am glad mid-sem test is over for me and for my friends who has their last paper to go, all the best.

This is how I will end my first term in TP.
I'm relieved and I think that the break did come in handy although school started only like 7weeks ago.
I have to admit that during the few months of slow pacing life before poly started has made me taken everything for granted.
There's more to go and sometimes I can't help but ponder about the future.
I will change, people will change, definitely.
But to what extent will we change?
And..is it for the good or for the bad?

I can't stand it when a job is being pushed to someone when it is obvious that the job is something that everyone has a part to play in.
But how often am I able to stand up to it now that I'm in a different environment.
What will be my survival skills be and how will I use them.
To remain jovial and ridiculous or to turn solemn and boring.
I don't know what I will do but I seek your understanding for whatever I do.
All of us will get tired somehow.

I was very happy after my CSA paper yesturday and after our LCOMsk1 paper today.
Went a little shopping yesturday and for today, I met up with some of the usual clique for a random dinner today.
The dinner was good even though there was only the 5 of us, given that it was a very last minute one. Haha.
I was feeling super high, to the extent that I was laughing madly at the worst jokes and actually enjoyed pranking, I'm sorry engleong, lol, you won't see this though-.-
But I got really tired after that.
Lol, it's like a engine that is fully busted.

Went swimming in the morning with grace and zhihui too even though I had a paper at 3pm, lol.
But I have to say, I had a great time today.

How I miss the old times when everyone were so innocent, happy and worry-free.

After checking my POM txt, I realise that I made another big mistake for a 16mark question on top of my 10mark questions, and the paper is only over 40marks.

And to think I slept for 4hrs for no good reason just now.

I am very satisfied with what I did today though I didn't study much, LOL.
And that I manage to complete the gift by sacrifacing sleep, even if it isn't exactly pretty, LOL.
I'm happy that my friends are happy.
The smiles on their face are something that you can't ask for.
Because of all our schedules, it seem so long, ever since we had so much fun and chilled out even though mid-sem tests are starting on monday.

I'm feeling very apologetic though, because of my bad temper and getting pretty much easily irritated these few weeks, especially these few days because of the 'stress' I was under.
I felt as if I was very suffocated and I didn't want to do anything to getting myself released till I chatted with my sis.

THE WEEKENDS ARE COMING!

Okay, this weekend = mugging.
Because I was so occupied for the past few weeks, I got to cram all those stuffs into my head because mid-sem test is next week!
YES! NEXT WEEK!
When school started like only a month plus ago!?!

I finally had sufficient rest yesturday and I was VERY VERY VERY happy about that.
Imagine chiong-ing projects till like 4plus in the morning and then meeting at 9plus for project meetings.
It's a total horror I tell you!
And to have your tutor telling you to summarise your slide into a line, when you have spent hours working on the informations in that slide.

And I think that I paid alot of attention in class today! LOL

There will be a CSA test tomorrow and I bet that I will screw it up.
I will treat my mum dinner if I do well for CSA. Lol, seriously.
I don't know what and how to fiddle with excel!
DAMN IT, CAN SOMEONE TELL ME IF THE TEST IS HARD?????

Hectic life?

It's already week 6 since school started, that means that I have already attend one month worth of studies in TP and all I can say is the work is getting more and more and more, lol.
It's week 7 next week and also our mid-sem test week and then its the june holidays.

I thought that life would be slower now that the performance is over but I'm trying to squeeze more time out of everything to do anything.
I'm sorry to say that because of my work and stuffs, it's a fact that I have neglected my friends and I'm very sorry for that.
But knowing myself who can be so irrational and rash sometimes, I tend to blurt out rubbish and things get out of control because of that.
But thank god, that has yet to happen for now, hahaha.

Slept at 4am last night and woke up at 9am to rush to school for my LSM project and though I haven't completed my job fully, at least I'm somewhere there, haha, whatever.
Tonight will be another long night, gotta complete a presentation given today for tomorrow and for another presentation on wed.

Guess what, we had an impromptu test today on LCOM and I scored 9/23, WTF! lol

Okay, going off for dinner now before I continue looking for cases in the library, bye!

End of grad day performance

After so many days of preparations, or maybe 2-3weeks of continuous practicing of cello from 6plus till like near 10pm, the performance is now over.
And because of it, I have lost alot of hours of sleep, lol.
It seem as if a load has gotten off my chest and I can now sleep in and reach home earlier.

But after the past few weeks of intense training, I will definitely feel much emptier now that my nights are 'free'.
Will be spending more time on my studies now, got to catch up.
But on the other hand, need to practice more of my cello exam pieces also-.-

We have been having free meals for yesturday and today after performing, haha, the food is pretty good!
There's fish, prawns, tofu, beef, chicken, etc.
For VIPs mah! Hahaha, according to what LihYee said, the food there was better then those that they were given outside, lol.
So budget spent on the majority of the graduads are lesser, LOLOLOL
It seem that that is the only benefit we have gotten from the performance.

Played the songs twice each session.
When playing the sets of songs, either set will definitely be better then the other, I don't know why, haha.
And guess what, I dozed off once while playing the songs, LOL, too tired already, haha.
Also, my mind floated away a couple of times because I was thinking of stuffs like this has been only my first month here and I'm witnessing other's graduation, mine seem so .... unpredictable and far away.
And like, will I make it there?

I bet I will miss the seniors quite alot though I have only known them for 2-3weeks.
But I have been seeing them almost everyday for like 3-4hrs and sometimes longer!
And all of them are damn nice and funny, so its easy to get along with them.
I feel very very very at ease when I'm with them, like I can be myself and not worry.
And thats why I don't mind going for cello everyday be it how tired I am because it is a place where I get to destress though I lament over it, haha.
It's also my duty to do so lah, I don't play very well anyway, haha.

I really really missed the feeling of just being a follower in cello and not worrying about anything.
It seem so long ago when I was a total newbie to cello, with my seniors there for me everytime.
And I always have to see my seniors who makes me feel so comfortable graduate-.-
One good example, LihYee who was sec4 when I was sec1 and now she has graduated and I came in.
SIAN.

Though I know that it is very unlikely that they will be seeing this, I still like to say...
Thanks for all the fun and laughter that you guys have brought me these few weeks, making my life in TP much better.
And I do hope that you guys will be happy always and do join us for supper! lol
And for my seniors who are still there, let's continue playing and laughing like there's no tomorrow. Hahahahha =D

Hi there!
I'm feeling all good and rested now after the hectic week, haha.
I had been only having 4hrs of sleep a day for the past two nights and I survived!
Haha, it's not a big deal for alot of ppl i think because that's like the norm, but for one who has been having more then 9hrs of sleep a day for almost 4months, it is a whole lot of deal, hahaha.

Like what Pauline(my cello senior) said, we see each other every day. Lol
And when I went out to tmall to get my black shirt just now, I saw Ivan&Terry. LOL
And I will be seeing them for practice tomorrow and on tue and on wed.
I have been seeing them since last monday and it really is everyday already! Hahahaha
I think I lost my mind, forgive me, haha.
And when they graduate(some of them are graduating on thurs-.-), I bet I will miss them like mad.
Even though it's been only about 2weeks of (everyday)interactions, they are already suan-ing me and I'm already suan-ing them, lolololol.

Somehow settled

I mean it this time.
Went for salvo drums practice today and I think I'm somehow settled for CO.
The people(freshmens) has like no sense of rhytmn-.-
And they think that they are damn zai by chiong-ing and chiong-ing and chiong-ing all the way when they can't even get their tempos right.

I'm having second thoughts about staying in CO now.

Some of the reasons why I chose CO the other time was because I thought Moh and Celeste were in CO, so there would be familiar faces in CO.
But now, neither of them are joining and somehow, I don't know why am I in there for.
Also, I was thinking that by going back to CO, I won't have to spend much time for the new thing I'm taking up, and can spend the time which was suppose to be used for learning something new on my studies instead.
And I thought that it will be another platform for me to practice my cello because I got to hurry for my cello exam because I'm seriously lagging.

But, both Moh and Celeste aren't gonna be in CO and like CO is currently taking up most of my nights, I don't see why I should stay on.
Moreover, seeing other freshmen practicising salvo today made me feel like joining them too, but I have got CO, even though I place my name down for trial -.-.-.-.-.-
Seriously the thought of having not gone for any of the CCA orientation that I had wanted to attend makes me feel zzzz.
And not only did I not get to practice the pieces I was supposed to for my cello exam, I have other pieces to practice for.
And not practicing means screamings from tian and that makes me so sick of life-.-

But on the other hand, I have really nice seniors who makes me feel comfortable in CO, or rather just cello&bass alone.
I don't know if I feel comfortable in CO yet because I found out that almost half of my cello seniors has graduated and are helping out for the performance only.
And that means that currently in Dazu, there is only 3players + me.
Which is so much lesser in number as compared to when I was sec1 in nas.
Okay lah, I know that the situation is different and I shouldn't compare the orchestras like that.

And at my 1st dazu today, I was sitting beside pauline in the front row and I don't really like it because I don't know the song that they are playing and so, I played quite a number of wrong notes.
And it seem to me that I am giving the impression of being someone who doesn't know her limits.
Eg. Sitting in the front row when I can't even play well.
Maybe this all goes down to pride, but I don't like the feeling that I get from it, as if I want to overtake my seniors like some goons not knowing where they stand; when that is not the case.

How?
I'm tired.
Tired of thinking about all these unnecessary stuffs.

I'm contemplating of going down for salvo on wed because suting told me that once we write our name down, we're in for salvo, which means though I didn't go for orientation I can still try it out and see if I'm interested in it.
But that will mean that I will most like be giving cello practices on wed a miss though it's not yet confirmed, but most likely that's the case.
And pon-ing really isn't my thing, it seem irresponsible of me to be doing that, and I don't like being irresponsible; though I am irresponsible sometimes I think.
Moreover, the performance is on next tue&wed, like wth, this is the fastest every formal performance I have prepared for.
And I think we don't make the standard yet and here I am thinking of skipping practices.

OMG! Hi!
MY INTERNET IS UP AND WORKING AGAIN!

It's already the 3rd week of school and it's time to be adjusted and stuffs.
I think that poly is very different from sec, lol, duh?
Too much freedom till I don't know what I'm supposed to do and when am I supposed to start doing my projects.
Being in LAW is great because I'm studying what I'm interested in but its totally foreign to me. And sometimes I don't even know what am I studying, Lol.
Got to revise revise revise and revise.

But, one thing that I want to say is that TODAY HAS BEEN A WONDERFUL DAY FOR ME!

Part of the reason is because I can wake up late tomorrow(like finally) because there isn't any cello lessons or project meetings.
Another part of the reason was when I was having cello practice in studio 10 which made my day.
Hahahahahaha!
I believe that all the hardwork will be worth it.
I believe I will be happy in TPCO. LOL
Yes, TPCO, I'm in TPCO.
But I'm not ashamed of it even though it isn't wonderful because my section is great!
And I met Lih Yee, Hahahahahahahha, but she graduated already, so it's just like how it was back then in nas.

Been wanting to say this since the first cello practice with them last thursday.
My cello seniors are very very very very very nice and funny people! =DDDD
Seriously, although my life has been a little hectic the past few weeks and though I felt very down on monday(partly because of the fact that my internet wasn't working as well), I do enjoy the long&frequent practices very much.
Hahahahaha, i'm happy being in cello. LOL

The cello teacher seems nice and funny too, LOL.
Totally unlike tian I tell you! hahahaha.
But I like tian too! (though she always sound as if she's screaming, haha)
He amuses me with how often he drops his things and how he crack jokes with us which is really funny sometimes.
I do feel bad for not being able to play the songs well, but not my fault what!
I haven't seen those songs for a very long time and I don't get to practice it at home because I don't have the scores and its totally unlike CO songs and I'm playing the viola and not the cello part!
Okay, string ensemble songs are obviously different, LOL.

And I went for dinner/supper with them after practice today and OMG OMG OMG, my senior(Terry) drives!! LOL
Okay, its not something amazing that someone knows how to drive, but I felt excited! LOL
Because I thought that we were going to walk to the coffeeshops opposite TP(with my cello = sian), and the next thing I knew was that I'm going for a car ride and the driver is someone who is only a few years older then me!
It's really great, go try it out if you can =D
Everyone was laughing like mad, LOL.
I don't know what else to say to describe how happy I am to have them as my seniors.
I bet I have some of the best seniors in poly. LOL
Got a free ride back home too, lol.

internet down =(

My internet has been down since last tuesday or wednesday and I've been so deprived of using the net. Lol
Even now..I'm using my laptop in school to use the internet while waiting for CO orientation to start at 6.30pm.

With the internet down, there's so much things I can't do, lol.
I can't do my research, log on to blackboard or vbus and blah blah blah.
And I suddenly remember that I've yet to do my research on German's Criminal Law.
Damn it!
I was using the net so happily that I forgot about the work I was supposed to be doing instead.
Looks like I have to head to somewhere with wireless internet before heading home after the orientation.
That's so irritating.

And the stupid singtel man isn't coming down today either to fix the modem or anything.
They were supposed to come last thur, then last sat and today.
But never once did they come down-.-

CO or not ?

Should I join back CO as a cca?

I was sort of settled with Salvo drums until I realise that during their performances, they play the same piece most of the time and that made me lost interest in it because I think once I master it, I would not bother to attend cca.
And someone from CO called me to ask me if I would like to help out with a minor school performance(lower strings only, i think =D) and I was tempted.
Because I could earn SEAL points from it.
I'm realistic lah, face the fact, LOL.
But practice might start this thursday for me, when all ccas are still having their trials-.-

Yah, and after I made up my mind like hours later(wtf?!), I felt as if I regretted joining them because here's what's the sms said : Ok sure. Thanks a lot! Will inform you soon. :)
The 'thanks a lot!' made me felt as if they had no one else to call and that's why they called me.
And now I don't know if I made the right choice.

Will be giving up touch football and canoe polo and debate I guess.
Canoe polo =( Maybe I should just go for the trials and see how first.

Will be joining sports club since the timings are pretty flexible?

But I can't live without it, been actively participating in one since primary school! -.-

I think its getting better and better by the day already! Haha =D
One thing I got to say is that my class is damn rowdy, no longer the quiet class.
They are just 'acting shy' on the first day only!

Every since tues or wed, we have been having mass conversation every night! LOL
And they are always gossiping, saying each other gays, saying da pai feed, cheesebun!, and all the other random stuffs.

Most of my classmates are quite a bunch of jokers and today has sort of been the best day of school apart from the boring CSA-.-

Went to atiqah's birthday celebration and it was not that bad.
She has a wonderful and interesting family, haha.
They are all like her, equally as loud, hahahaha.
While waiting for her, the few of us who attended her bday celebration went to the beach for a walk and we chatted while sitting on the waterbreak(stone! LOL!).
There was this guy who was taking pictures there and poor him, he was part of our source of entertainment.

First GWH for NASCO!
Great job! great job!
Indeed, the hard work that they have put in every since last year end has paid off.
It has been a long and arduous process, but it's finally over.

I was stunned after hearing the result, I felt happy, but I didn't know what to say, like totally speechless. Hahahahaha
But I'm already worrying for the next batch of juniors.
Gotta work harder to maintain!
But for now, who cares! Hahahhaha

G-O-O-D J-O-B good job good job! =D

I felt terrible when I saw catherine crying, but I controlled, and after seeing yuyun crying, i couldn't control my tears anymore.
Because I was totally reminded of the times I had in nas and co with them and huiling, stacia and so many other seniors.
Be it happy or sad, tough or relax.
I totally missed life in NAS.

Also, seeing all of them grow and change since I knew them when they were sec1 till now sec3 and sec4 respectively..once again, the hard fact that 'time waits for no man' hit me right on my face.
My juniors wanted me to cry during last year's COda farewell party, but I didn't.
Because I know that even though we are stepping down from cca, we will still get to meet and see them almost any time when we want, just like how huiyi&yihui visits cy&me in class or vice versa, or when yuyun comes to my class during breaktimes.
So I was assured that I can still see them.

But now, especially after syf is over and that school has started, there are lesser reasons and time for me to go back to visit them.
As time goes by, they have grown to become much independent too.

One thing that stays deeply etched in my mind was how I limped my way to dunman high when I was sec2 for the east zone co camp with catherine and fusheng(who came only one the 1st and last day,lol) and how we spent those 5days there.
It sure was tough for us two whose skills were like crap at that time and having to be playing along with the elites from other schools, it sure was tough.
And then it was the syf in 2007 and then when it was the time I had to lead my juniors.
Now, it's huiyi, shumei&catherine turn to step down.
What's next.

As things in class isn't really going that well for me because I can't find people who I feel comfortable with yet, that made me miss nas even more.
I realise that I'm the kind who tend to feel only after I've lost it or am losing it.

Be it how unwilling I am,
It's time to put things down and get started all over again.

Homeworks on the first day of poly life =/

First tutorial; first lesson in TP, the 'special' one which starts this week and there's homework from it already.
Am still doing it and I don't know what time will I finish my work because theres still abt 3chapters of LCom that are waiting for me to read it.
And the best thing is that there's LCom tomorrow at 10am.
A little not used to doing homeworks, but still, I must do it.
So many latin terms to learn, but I can do it =D
I'm one step closer to my dream! =D

After such a long long long long long break...school is finally starting again!
I hope I won't be asking for holidays to come as the term goes, lol.
As tutorials starts only on week 2, I will not have any lessons on wednesday! And that means that I can go back to nas! LOL

There's Lcomsk1 from 1pm-4pm today by Lena Chow(my careperson) and I hope it will be good.
Let's pray that she isn't a boring teacher.
And Lcomsk1 is the only tutorial that we have to attend for week 1, I don't know why is her lesson so special and I will be seeing her at least 4times a week when lessons starts prim and proper.

Then there's CSA from 4pm-5pm and I hope it will be good too because I don't like such stuffs =/
I think I suck at it. LOL

I will be meeting Atiqah at 12.30pm to find our way to class and let's hope we won't get lost, hahahaha!

week O orientation

I think FOC was way much better than this but again, it's two different thing because of the people, the attitude and the purpose and everything.
But for now, I'm not enjoying myself as much as how I did for FOC.
And maybe because it came after FOC, the expectation I had for it was probably greater since I experienced one of the best ever.
Mass dance and cheers were so much better in FOC.
I'm sorry, but I'm like comparing everything with FOC now.
I hope tomorrow will be better though, because afterall, the SLs and main comms and everyone involved has put in so much effort for this.

There isn't anyone that I know of in my class and everything is totally new.
The people in my class, I don't know, I hope it will get better when school officially starts or maybe all of them are still shy, doubt so though.
It seem that I'm like the bad kid there or the crappiest(?) person.

Is it just that I'm the one who is hard to get along with?
Oh, and Atiqah, the first friend I made in class is pretty nice I guess.

Want to know the best joke of me today?
I left my house today without bringing my wallet with me.
How smart right? And I didn't realise that I didn't had my wallet with me all the way till we completed registration and the SLs were asking us to pay for the orientation.
It was then that I realise that I didn't have my wallet with me.
Awesome isn't it?
I hope that I won't forget to bring my wallet out of the house and not realising it again when heading for school.
But again, I think that this might happen often since I will be walking to school for most of the time.
And because of that, I didn't go for reliez dinner outing today.

Came home and cello-ed vigorously for 2hours straight after I came home though I was tired because I needed to get some emotions off me.
I don't feel like going tomorrow but then they will be giving out our matric card and timetable and stuffs and my flu just got worst because of today.

And I didn't get to go for regatta because the response was overwhelming =(

I'm back from FOC!
It was awesome!! =D
The mass dance!, cheers!, GLs!, freshies! and everything there! =D
This camp has definitely gave me a whole great load of new experience!

I'm in the empire Reliez and sub-empire Reylon and I definitely love my empire and am very glad that I was in Reliez! =DD

I personally felt that the group was a little not that enthusiastic yet on the first day(we are all shy people, hahaha!), but the second day was better and we started getting enthu!
When we were told that we were 5th on the last day, I felt sad because it was already the last day and yet the hard work that we have put in doesn't seem to show much changes(saw one of our gl cried too because of that D= ), but still, I love my empire because we continued to have fun while playing the games instead of being dispirited and not having fun because of the position.

All of us played hard and worked hard together right till the end and not losing the spirit to do better and we managed to clinch a third!
The feeling was awesome!
Because having fun and enjoying ourselves were the main objectives, being 3rd was really a bonus to the fun we had =D

The GLs were great! and I felt sad that a few of them actually had to leave on the second night =( but well, we are all one big family who can have each other's support though not being physically there.
I think Cheryl is great, really great. Haha!
Jeslyn too =) and she has a booming voice when she shouts! haha!
Hakim was once again my GL! He was my GL the other time during my sec1 orientation, teaching us the 'shark cheer' and stuffs, and now he's my GL again!
It was a great feeling to meet someone who you have not met since so long, but it was a little saddening(is there such a word? lol) that he doesn't remembers me.
Haha, well, it's been 3years so yeah, it's not surprising, haha.
Bernice was the first gl that I spoke most to.
All the GLs were damn nice and friendly! =D

I think Kah Chin is a very good entertainer to make me really LOL. Haha, he doesn't have to do much though, because I'm the root of all cause of my laughter, haha.
Met people who I have not seen for very long and it was nice to meet them again! Haha.

i've gotten a new cello!

It seems as if I have gotten a new cello. Lol
It's so much easier to play now, maybe I will be saying bye to the dead skin on my left index!
It's already there lah, no difference-.-

Went to Gramercy today to shorten my cello bridge because it's way too high and I finally decides to get it shorten.(wanted to keep it the way it was, but then it's stopping me from playing my notes properly, so no choice, it got to go.)
When the luthier passed me my cello, I tried it and omg, the strings were so much nicer to be pressed! Haha
But I think he might have shorten it a little too much that should the strings cut into the wood, I might have to change the bridge =/
But nevermind, at least it won't be giving me any troubles for now. Haha
We'll come to it when it's time to.

At the same time, I decided to rehair my bow because the luthier says that mine can still be used after rehair-ing.
Moreover, my bow, though not the best, isn't of those lousy quality, so it's like not worth to settle for another bow which is inferior to it when it can still be used.
Also, I prefer the shade of my current bow as compared to those that I was shown which costs $100+.
After being told by him that my bow was under the $200+ category, I regretted not taking better care of my bow, LOL.
It costs $60 to be rehair-ed and it's taking a week to be rehair-ed, so I got to get another bow in the meantime to practice, but it can serve as a standby when my original bow comes back =D
Got one which cost me $40, but I do like it though it's the cheapest one there because it somehow gave me a warm and comfortable feeling, just like the one I used in NAS.
So I spent $100 in return for having two bows which I like as compared to spending $180 to get a bow which I don't really like and not being able to use my original one.
Isn't that a better deal? =D

Bought two song books and a book on theory music.
Now... I don't know if I want to continue taking up cello to a higher grade.
Because looking at the book it seem still acceptable and is like a waste to stop learning and trying.
But then there will also be composing later on as the grade gets higher which I don't really fancy because I learn the cello just to play for leisure and am not interested in composing yet.
I'm in a dilemma again, and I don't know if I should invest my time in tkd again.
It seem that the phrase 'A master of none, but Jack of all trades' suit me pretty much uh?
Though I'm not really a jack of all trades because I don't know everything.

Tried out the songs when I was back in one of the books which was a small collection of disney songs and I can play reflection and colours of the wind!
It's not exactly very hard, but I don't play it very well either. Hahahaha, how dumb.

And, I think I have a mum who thinks she is cute by asking me to find a comfortable spot at hitachi tower(raffles area) and open up my cello case and to start playing and to share with her the proceeds I get. -.-
Ok, this came about when I got on bus10 happily without checking the direction it was going because I assumed it will be coming back to tampines just because bus31 was in tampines direction.
Yup, so from paya lebar, I went to raffles place instead of tampines. How smart.
I feel so dumb over how complacent I was after boarding the bus, thinking I will be going on a long bus ride home.
After finding it heading towards a wrong direction, I even wanted to continue the ride taking it as a tour around Singapore.
Thank god I didn't follow my stupid plan, if not, I would have landed up at Kent Ridge Terminal which I check on the board after alighting.
Felt so dumb when I was at paya lebar station after taking the train back from raffles.

Played the cello non-stop for 4hours today and I felt great. LOL
Reason being was because I have not played the cello continuously so long ever since cca stopped. Haha =X

where does my real passion lies?

Had cello in the morning which made my mood a little bad because I woke up late and had to rush down to tian's place. My left hand hasn't had enough strength yet and then my notes were all off tune because of it.
Just like how you can't write properly/immediatly after you've woken up.

Didn't feel like going home after lesson because of my bad mood and I decided to bring forward the date of having a haircut because having a haircut normally changes my mood for the better.
That was what happened the other few times and amazingly, it still works this time round! =D
And now, I would shut my mouth about having a haircut for the meantime(been wanting one since end jan/early feb) since I had one today. =D
The next time you will hear me talking about having a haircut might be a few months down the road, unless I can't stand my hair again. Haha
And I have gotten a red mouse as well! But I don't know if it works well =/ Tsk.

Talked to grace the other time and suddenly, I was reminded of the passion I had for tkd the other time and realise that deep inside me, there's still the passion for it.
Those were the days where trainings were tough, countless of time and hardwork that I had put into it but yet the wonderful satisfaction I got from it.
For example, the satisfaction I got from my first medal in tkd though it was only a silver, and then the satisfaction that I got when I had my own gee with my chinese name on it.
I still remember some of the patterns(from white belt to blue belt), most of the kicks/defences and blah blah blah.
Now I'm thinking if I should join back tkd in tp though I heard that their tkd there is crap-.-
But I shall go and see what's their training like before deciding.

After today's lesson, I think I will stop learning cello after being certified a grade5 because I won't be pursuing a music career in the future, so there's a little no point in getting a diploma for it(if I can) or to take theory exam just to take grade6 or higher exams.
But I will still continue to play the cello, try out new songs and practice to improve my skills, just that I won't be certified if I had really improved.

Anyway, my mood is still good now though I'm feeling a little emotional(because of tkd and cello=/).
